The Irvine Community Land Trust partners with private and nonprofit developers to produce high quality affordable housing for low and moderate income households. We have established an interest list so that potential applicants can register today to be informed when housing opportunities become available.
ICLT will offer both affordable rental housing and affordable homeownership opportunities in the future. ICLT also expects to participate in the development of rental housing for special needs households.
