The ICLT will use a lottery system to select qualified homebuyers for the purchase of newly–built affordable homeownership units. As individual CLT homes become available for resale, ICLT will notify households on the interest list and applications will be screened in the order that they are received.

The basic steps to being selected to purchase an ICLT home include:

1. Sign up for the interest list. The ICLT will notify households on the interest list as appropriate properties become available.

2. Attend an Orientation Session.

3. Pre-qualify for mortgage financing. For more information on this process, please see the Accessing Mortgage Financing page.

4. Complete an ICLT homebuyer application form and mail it to the ICLT.

Applicants who meet all of the threshold criteria will move through the selection process.
