The Irvine Community Land Trust partners with rental housing developers to make affordable apartments available to the Orange County community.   ICLT will not be directly responsible for leasing these rental properties and the application process and eligibility requirements will be different for each project but ICLT will ensure that households on its interest list learn about these opportunities as soon as they are available.

If you are looking for housing immediately, the Orange County Housing and Community Services Department maintains a list of all affordable rental housing in the county with contact information for each property.
