Irvine Community Land Trust
The Irvine Community Land Trust (ICLT), founded in 2006, supports the development of housing that remains affordable for residents and working families. Originally focused on serving Irvine, ICLT expanded its mission in 2017 to support communities throughout Orange County while maintaining its close connection to the City of Irvine.
Through thoughtful planning and collaboration with experienced housing partners, ICLT helps support housing that provides long-term value for residents and the communities they call home.
