The Irvine Community Land Trust teams up with many experienced and generous organizations on each community it develops. These partners provide a plethora of services ranging from property development and financing to resident services. Additionally, the City of Irvine supports the ICLT by providing funding for as well as land for affordable housing development. By 2023, it will have transferred a total of 17 acres.
